Shipping & Returns

All orders are shipped within 3 business days from when the order is placed. Orders placed over the weekend will ship the following business day. We ship all orders via USPS. Multiple orders will be processed in the order in which they were received. Please note that we do not process “rush” or “overnight” orders any faster than any others, so please plan accordingly when choosing your shipping method.

PLEASE NOTE THAT WE CANNOT SHIP TO PO BOXES & WE ARE UNABLE TO SHIP INTERNATIONALLY.

Once your order has shipped, you should receive a message via email with your tracking number which will provide an estimated arrival date.

Returns

Please email Support@humblebeehempco.com if there are any issues with the product you received and we are more than happy to assist you. We have a 30 day money back guarantee.

Customer is responsible for shipping and taxes. 

Return Process: 

 1) Email us at support@humblebeehempco.com ASAP to alert us that you will be returning your product within the 30-day time limit and to request the Return Shipping Address.

2) Once you have shipped your product back to us – please also email the tracking number to support@humblebeehempco.com so we can keep an eye out for it. 

3) Once we receive your package back at our facility and can confirm it’s condition, we will then issue a refund and email you a confirmation. Please allow 7-10 days for the refund to post to your statement.

Prior to contacting us about the status of the refund, we ask that you do the following:      
 
- Double check your bank or credit card account.
- Contact bank or your credit card company as it takes several days for a processed credit to be posted to your account. If you have taken the above steps and still do not have the desired result, please email support@humblebeehempco.com.
